RT8115A为一款输入电压5V/12V的高效率单相同步降压型DC/DC控制器，采用Green Voltage Mode (GVMTM)控制，可以提高轻负载条件下转换器的效率。在轻载条件下，IC自动操作在diode emulation mode，该模式以恒定导通时间PFM操作以降低开关频率，进而提高转换效率。随着负载电流的增大，RT8115A会工作在 continuous conduction mode ，以恒定频率PWM操作。由于RT8115A嵌入了MOSFET栅极驱动器，因此具有较高的驱动能力，可支持的驱动电压高达12V的高输出电流的应用。RT8115A采用无损低侧MOSFET RDS(ON)电流检测技术的过电流保护，阈值可由LGATE引脚(LGOCS)设定。其它特点包括电源良好指示、始能/停止控制和内部软启动。RT8115A还提供了故障保护功能，以保护功率级的输出。上述功能为客户提供高效率且具有成本效益的电源转换解决方案。RT8115A提供WDFN-10L 3x3封装。
